Book CLub

I had so much fun at book club last night!
It was held at Georgia's house, and though
it was me and my mom's first time, I knew
everyone except for Katy (Katie?), so it was
fine. We discussed the book My Sister's Keeper,
which was just perfect for debating, because
there's just so much to debate!

We were situated in Georgia's comfy basement,
and supplied with bagel sandwiches and San
Pelligrino.

Bagel sandwiches and San Pelligrino pretty much
assure one of a good time.

Everyone had varied opinions about the book.
It's so controversial, it's hard to even have one
opinion... I can't believe an author can think of
such an idea as Jodi Picoult did.

We all discussed how we hated the mom, for instance,
and several minutes later, we were agreeing
about how horrible we felt for her, and how
we might have done the same in her place.

Of course, once we finished the discussion, we
got insanely off topic, and the night ended with
us girls telling Women Jokes and Stupid Jokes.

So fun.
