Monk Gets Shot

Another new Monk was on Friday! Our whole family watched this one, because it was hardly violent at all.... besides that Monk gets shot!
The storyline is as follows. Mr. Monk and Natalie are hanging around the park, when we see a guy stealing a bike. Adrian and Natalie don't know he stole it, so when he topples over, Natalie goes to help him. And so... he gets away! When Natalie finds out she 'helped' him get away, she is determined to get the bike back.
But when Monk gets shot by the bike stealer, Natalie feels like it's all her fault, and mean Mr. Monk just makes her feel worse, by taking all his anger out on her. I like Stottlemeyer's line, where he tells Mr. Monk to be nicer to Natalie, because he knows that she's close to quitting. "And how do I know?" he says. "Because you're acting like me." OOOOOH! Haha!
It was a very good Monk.
